Will Clomid cause a problem with the Ovulation Predictor test?

A false positive can be caused by Clomid (serophene/clomiphene citrate) if the ovulation test is taken too soon after the prescription is finished. The recommendation by the manufacturers is to wait at least 3 days before using the ovulation test. If Clomid is used from the 3rd to 7th days of the cycle, you can start testing on the 10th day. If it is taken from the 5th to 9th days, you can start the ovulation test on the 12th day.
