When will the laboratory test results be available?
In most instances, your laboratory test results will be available in 3 to 5 business days after our laboratory has received all samples. Remember that our goal is to provide you with the most accurate DNA test available anywhere and there are many factors that can impact the timing of DNA test results. Under no circumstances will we ever sacrifice the quality or accuracy of your test; therefore, we cannot promise a specific completion date. However, you can count on one of the quickest turnaround times in the country.
Results will be faxed immediately upon completion directly to the distribution office with the original reports following by mail. In order to insure the privacy and security of this information, we will never release the results over the telephone
