When should I use a Ovulation Predictor test?

It is recommended that you test at 2 PM or as close to that time as possible, but any time between 12 PM - 8 PM is also acceptable. You should test around the same time each day. It is not recommended that you test the first urine produced in the morning, however. A surge of LH may occur in the morning but it can take 4 hours for it to be present in urine.
