What is Epitestesterone?

Epitestosterone is a chemically similar, natural steroid that is produced independently of testosterone because through a different bio-synthetic pathway. Epitestosterone has not been shown to enhance athletic performance in any way however, It is routinely measured as a part of T/E ratio estimation in doping tests.
