What are the different cases for thyroid cancer?
From the American Cancer Society, there will be 33,500 new cases of thyroid cancer (2007). Thyroid cancers are diagnosed more than three and a half times in women than men. Thyroid cancer also occurs more often in younger adults. Two-thirds of those diagnosed are between ages 25 and 65.
