Should I stop taking foods for which I have high levels of IgG antibodies according to Food Intolerance IgG Test?
Studies to date have failed to confirm that any immunologic tests are diagnostic for chemically induced symptomatology. Presence of food-antigens specific IgG antibodies may not be clinically related with food allergies in a linear fashion and there is not enough data to conclude that high levels of IgG cause delayed food reactions or food intolerance/sensitivity. So, you should not adopt any dietary regimen without consulting with your physician.
