Is there a difference between infertility, erectile dysfunction, impotence and premature ejaculation?
Infertility has been defined as being unable to successfully conceive after attempting to do so for a 1-year period.
Impotence and erectile dysfunction are terms for the same condition, which is the inability to attain or sustain an erection.
Premature ejaculation is usually defined as ejaculating with a minimal amount of stimulation before it is desired.
Some men may experience these issues together or may only experience difficulty with them independently. Fertility level issues are not related to erectile dysfunction, however.
