Does the kind of underwear I wear affect my fertility levels?

This is an old wives' tale, but there is a possible grain of truth in it. Excessive heat applied to the testicles has been shown to lower sperm production, however a heat increase in the testicles caused by tight underwear or clothing has not been definitely proved. If you wish to try changing your underwear to determine if this has any effect on your fertility levels, there is no reason not to try doing so.
