Does hair color affect results?

No, hair color has no effect. Hair color is determined by the amount of melanin in the hair. It has been shown experimentally, through actual hair samples, that hair color has no basis in fact. Even if you use external hair dyes or lotions, that won't affect the hair drug testing results in any way at all.
